How do I use mobile banking?
First, you’ll need to enroll in online banking. Then you can download the mobile app using the links above!
How does Mobile Deposit work?
Once you’ve downloaded our mobile app, you’ll need to enroll. To enroll, Just give us a call at 616-406-2480 and press 1 to speak with a representative.
Once you’ve enrolled, you can deposit checks with your camera:
- Endorse the check with your signature and “Mobile Deposit Only”.
- Open the Rivertown Mobile Banking App.
- Select Deposit and the account you want to deposit the check into.
- Enter the amount of the check.
- Allow the app to use your camera and take a picture of the front and back of the check.
- Confirm and submit the deposit.
When are mobile deposits processed?
Mobile deposits are processed Monday through Friday. Deposits received before 3:00 PM EST will be posted by 5:00 PM the same business day. Deposits made after 3:00 PM will be posted by 5:00 PM the following business day. The first $200 of the deposit will be available on the 1st business day after the deposit posts to your account. The remaining amount will be available on the 2nd business day.
