- Enter your member number as your username.
- Enter your password.
- Note: If this is the first time you're using this system, your password will be the last four digits of your social security number. The system will then guide you through how to change it.

How do I sign up for Online Banking?

Forgot your password?
On the Password Screen, there is an “I forgot my password” option that you can click. This will direct you to answer some of your security questions you answered when you first signed up. If you're unable to remember these answers, give us a call at 616-406-2480.
