Our Fraud Detection and Notification System notifies you when we suspect fraud so that you can review transactions and confirm your spending activity on Debit and Credit Cards.

We offer a Debit Rewards program that earns you 1 point for every $2 you spend when you charge your Debit Card as “Credit.” Use those points for gift cards, fashion, technology, and experiences.

Members are immediately notified through our automated assistant when we suspect fraud. If you receive a notification call from our automated assistant, please work with us to answer questions regarding recent card activity.
We offer Courtesy Pay and Overdraft Protection to help prevent the embarrassment and hassle of a declined card. Overdraft Protection will transfer funds from a different account to prevent your card from being denied when you’re making a purchase ($4 fee per item). Courtesy Pay will cover up to $500 over your account balance in emergency scenarios ($27 fee).
