How does the fraud prevention service work?

Members are immediately notified through our automated assistant when we suspect fraud. If you receive a notification call from our automated assistant, please work with us to answer questions regarding recent card activity.

**Please note that we will NEVER ask for your card number or account number since we already have this information. If someone calls requesting this information, do NOT share any personal details. We recommend calling the Credit Union to verify your transaction history and any possible fraud transactions. How can I prevent overdrafts and declined cards?

We offer Courtesy Pay and Overdraft Protection to help prevent the embarrassment and hassle of a declined card. Overdraft Protection will transfer funds from a different account to prevent your card from being denied when you’re making a purchase. Courtesy Pay will cover the cost of your transaction with an additional fee. These services are optional and may not be offered to all members based on credit and payment history. See our Fee Schedule for fees associated with these services.
